A soda that gives you super-human speed but burns out your body. A marching band that makes youu people join in until they die of exhaustion. I think anyone can use the license, just not for profit. If it’s free, it’s good.

About This Game
The SCP Foundation [note 3] is a fictional organization documented by the web-based collaborative-fiction project of the same name. Within the website’s fictional setting, the SCP Foundation is responsible for locating and containing individuals, entities, locations, and objects that violate natural law referred to as SCPs. SCP: Operation Descent Gmod Breach The following are mods of SCP games, but some consider them to be different things so I will add them anyways This doesn’t accept group games or shovelware games since those would make this take up a few pages. I don’t want to mess with your opinions. SCP — Containment Breach Ultimate Edition At the start this mod was a bundle mod of the other Containment Breach mods, but as time went on this mod became it’s own thing and slowly started removing certain things from the other mods. Ultimate Edition is a bundle pack, but it also improves things from the base game such as making an endroom for the Entrance Zone so it doesn’t look like the Light Containment Zone.
This mod is not perfect though since it still takes things from other mods, but I would recommend trying it. If I remember correctly at least one of the people sc with the mod were involved with the development of the main Containment Breach game.
If I had to compare it to another horror game I would use Silent Hill as an example. It focuses on ambiance rather than straight up horror and knows how to use sound effects a good example is that it plays a mildly spooky sound when a body falls from the ceiling, but uses the loud jumpscare sounds for an appropriate event such as staring at ‘s face or being right cxn front of you.
The main difference between Ultimate Edition and Project Resurrection is that Ultimate Edition focused on the main game while Project Resurrection focused on adding new stuff even if it was rough around the edges. The main problem with Project Resurrection is that it doesn’t have the same level as polish as the original game or the mods listed above it. This mod ceased development partially due to the Ultimate Edition mod taking content and popularity from it.
Some might say it is a bad horror game, but it isn’t meant to be a horror game. It isn’t perfect, but it certainly isn’t bad. Gmod Breach The upside is that you are on Garry’s mod and there is a lot more that can happen.

SCP I feel it is too early to get a solid opinion of it, but it does mske the feel of what an SCP game is so far. SCPB A decent horror game for the time it released in, but it doesn’t have a satisfying ending for all the pain you have to go through to get it. SCP: Blackout After looking at it again my inital post was based off of the first version I have decided to rank this above Operation Descent and Unity. It may make people yku with canon rage, but it is better than the original SCP game.
Mainly because it tries to act as a remake of the original Containment Breach, but also tries to claim to be it’s own thing while failing at. If I had to compare this to another horror game I would use Dead Space 2 as an example. It ignores ambiance in favor of in your face horror.
An example of this is now running at you rather than the slow walk towards you and teleporting frequently to disorient you although does teleport just as often Unity. While some might use the excuse that Unity is still in an earlier version they also forget that Unity has donations for it and the original Containment Breach didn’t or at least didn’t have as much as Unity did.
Unity also has the habit of focusing on things that don’t bring gamws forward and can lessen the experience such as ragdoll physics for bodies I remember a video of kicking a body forwards while walking towards the player can anyone find that for mePatreon offices, and the pointless sidequest.
It feels like Unity is a «YouTuber noney game rather than a «horror» game. The only upside is the improved engine and graphics although some do argue that the art style change makes the game look less grounded in reality. The problem is that while it has good ideas it botches the execution on these ideas. Roblox NTF This game is bad.
It tries to be a multiplayer version of the NTF mod, but the enemies are bullet sponges who you need to kill via multiple attempts since enemy health doesn’t regenerate, shelling out money for the microtransaction gamepasses to get better guns, or to white knight one of the «goddesses» of the mod to get «blessed» with better damage. I think the best laugh I got out of the mod was someone describing the goddesses part as a deviantart fetish. It also has a ton of remakes, but I will only include them if they actually change something rather than just adding an intro or a hole in the staircase.

SCP Unity. But now i feel like it relies too much on hectic chases rather can you make money from scp games heavy atmosphere. The fact that it takes more than 1 or 2 hits to kill player for and makes them less scary — even if they catch you they dont do much and you can just run past.

That makes it so much expandable and leaves room for so much imagination. That imagination advantage can be seen in all the SCPs the community write about which were later taken into the game. What I wanted to know more is if the original authors hold any copyrights on the idea and the game story. So far I haven’t been able to find a way to contact the original developers, it seems there was only one programmer Joonas RikkonenI can’t find any contact emails on the game page .
